Buying a large finished surface online should not mean taking on unclear risk. Our protection program is being structured around three separate areas: approved dimensions and specifications, delivery condition, and long-term product coverage.
Fit & Specification Protection
Each made-to-order top will be produced from an approved order specification. Final remedies, tolerances, exclusions, and measurement responsibilities will be stated on the product and order terms before purchase.
Delivery Protection
Orders will include clear instructions for inspecting the shipment and reporting transit damage. Final replacement and claim procedures will be published with the applicable shipping method before orders are accepted.
Product Warranty
Warranty length and coverage may vary by product and material. The applicable written warranty will be shown before checkout.
